• Uploaded content: Photos and videos uploaded to your event galleries by you and your guests.

• Payment information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.

• To provide and maintain the Frames service, including creating and displaying your event galleries.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.

• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
• To improve our service, fix bugs, and develop new features.

• Service providers: Trusted third parties who help us operate Frames (e.g., cloud storage, payment processing, email delivery). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Event guests: Photos and videos uploaded to an event gallery are visible to other guests with access to that gallery.
• Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before this happens.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure cloud storage, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to protect your information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your uploaded content for the duration of your gallery's active period (7 days for Starter, 30 days for Pro, permanently for Unlimited). After expiration, content is permanently deleted from our servers. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data and account.
